Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was superb, right in the middle of the historic downtown with cobblestone streets, making it easy to reach everything in town. However, the rooms, unfortunately, didn't live up to expectations, being in the basement and smelling damp. On the positive side, the dining was amazing, and the facilities were top-notch.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not-so-good experiences. The rooms, although they had nice touches like electric blinds and premium bath products, were in the basement which felt a bit like a prison. The space was limited due to the presence of a king bed, leaving little room for a working desk or a regular-sized lounge chair. On the downside, the staff's constant transportation of rubbish bins outside our windows compromised our privacy at times.
Staying at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was convenient, placing us right in town and close to the ferry, but our basement room felt stuffy and lacked views. On the bright side, the breakfast was terrific, and the staff members were welcoming and attentive.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were nicely appointed with a comfortable bed and elegant decor, but being in the basement felt a bit claustrophobic, especially with staff moving rubbish bins outside our windows. The lack of privacy was a downside, and at one point, we had bins propped up against our windows.
The room had a king bed, limiting space for a working desk or lounge chair. Being in the basement felt confining with restricted views due to staff moving rubbish bins outside our windows, lacking privacy. The rooms are on the smaller side.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room had a king bed, though it lacked space for a working desk or a normal-sized lounge chair. On the bright side, the room offered every comfort with terrific beds, lovely sheets, duvet, and all necessities. The location was excellent and retained a historical neighborhood feel, just a stone's throw away from the ferry, making it perfect for exploring the town. The dining experience was mostly satisfying, especially with the front desk clerk recommending the self-service café across the street. However, the restaurant's off-hours were a downside. Overall, it was a nice stay with some minor hiccups.
